Today we made our first documented try at candling the eggs. The early batch (group A) isn’t doing too well and considering the shape of the box they arrived in, it’s not very surprising. Of the 6 eggs, 2 appear to be developing. A1 started developing but has a blood ring around it. A2, A4 & A5 do not show any sign of development.
The B group is doing much better. Of the 28 eggs set in this group, only B8 doesn’t show any signs of development. I posted a few pics in the post but all of the eggs can be found in photos.
